IIM-Indore board refuses to double seats in PGP

The Indian Institure of Management – Indore (IIM-I) board of governors on Tuesday rejected the proposal to double seats in Post Graduate Programme (PGP) from 450 to 900. The proposal had been in circulation for some time and was tabled in the meeting as part of agenda of discussion.
PGP at IIM- Indore is a full-time, residential programme. It is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities and is considered equivalent to the MBA degree. The PGP of IIM Indore has some special features such as experiential learning, international focus, information technology orientation and social sensitivity.
