Food Trade Expo 2012

Over 5000 persons thronged the first- of- its- kind exhibition in Central India — the Food Trade Expo 2012 – to see major trends in the sector, latest products and technical knowhow at the Lal Baugh Palace here on Monday.
The three-day exhibition offers food and beverage industry a foretaste of future. It creates a platform for MP food industry and will boost every participant business, said Jatin Shah of Aakar Exhibition, the organizer of the event. Over 100 companies from across the world have showcased their products in the food trade sector, demonstrating latest national and international trends, technological advances and multiple global opportunities to benefit from.
The exhibitors have showcased hotel and kitchen equipments and table wares, food products, processing equipment and packaging machinery. The exhibits also include food colours, essence, fragrance and machines related to the dairy industry.
