Young scientist to visit NASA

Scientist has discovered a unique breathing sense  device that can be helpful for deaf & dumb . Orissa based 18 years old scientist susant patnaik  has been invited by NASA for demonstrating his sensor based project during international space design conference in  presence of young scinetists during june 26-29. He is the lone scientist from the country selected for this rare opportunity through IPS academy incubation centre.IPSA’s  Achal Choudhary President said IPSA played vital role in this matter & is bearing all the expenses for susant’s visit to NASA. Incubation centre head subrat kar told this centre is open for all those who wants to be an  entrepreneur . This is our first project &  are funding to susant ,IPSA has a 25 lacs budget for helping young entrepreneurs to implement their ideas or to provide sponsorship to the young scientist or the entrepreneurs to compete on  global platform said subrat during press conference.
