4,000 run in legal awareness marathon

Nearly 4,000 citizens ran in a marathon organised by Indore Institute of Law (IIL) to celebrate National Law Day on Sunday. The race was organised with a message “awakening of legal duties”.
The participants included students of engineering, nursing, management, medical streams , government and private employees, businessmen, sportspersons, social activists, politicians and people belonging to different segments of life. The marathon covered 5 km run. A large number of women also participated in the race.
Mayor KM Moghe and MLA Badnagar, Bhantilal Dhavai flagged off the marathon. The race started from Nehru Stadium and passing through the main routes of the city culminated at its start point.
