MGM College students go for Gandhigiri

Protesting against the state government’s move to conduct separate state-level entrance exams for admission to post graduate courses, students of MGM Medical College resorted to Gandhigiri on Friday.
The students formed five different groups, reached different places of the city and distributed flowers to the locals and sought their support.
The students handed over pamphlets to the people. They told the locals that the declining state of medical education in the state is the outcome of increasing number of munnabhais and it is an issue which is related to public health.
The students staged peaceful protest at C-21 Mall, Treasure Island Mall, Rajwada and other areas of the city.
