World Book Fair starts in Delhi

All book lovers in the national capital can flock to Pragati Maidan for their dose of literature, fiction, non-fiction to the New Delhi World Book Fair 2013 during Feb 4-10.
The book lover’s paradise is one of the most sought after event of the year organized by the National Book Trust (NBT). The book fair will be inaugurated by the Minister of State for Human Resource Development Shashi Tharoor. Shahsi one of the tech savvy ministers took to twitter and sent out invitations to his followers. He tweeted ‘All welcome at opening of New Delhi World Book Fair on a wet morning at Pragati Maidan, Hall Number 7. Passes available at gate. 10.30-11.30’.
Over 1,100 exhibitors from India and abroad will display books at around 2,100 stalls. There are about 23 countries displaying books in the Foreign Pavilion.
